Hi I’m Tom, a Cambodian-American photographer, filmmaker, and editor based from Pennsylvania. After moving to Japan for 8 Years, I have relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area.

In Tokyo, I worked as a creative in a creative agency, where I worked closely with brands like L’Oreal, Citizen, Patagonia, Disaronno, and Kawai. These brands gave me opportunities I wouldn’t have had otherwise, like co directing my dream project with L’Oreal, shooting in the north pole with citizen, and filming a world record breaking feat on Mt. Fuji with Red Bull.

Currently, I am based in San Francisco where I’m working as a freelancer, while persuing a personal project on American Chinatowns.
